The assignment: Build a digital platform capable of carrying an unfamiliar but financially material argument to sophisticated operators. The work had to move beyond conventional web-development language and establish acquisition infrastructure as something investment committees and operating partners can underwrite.

The narrative: “From Search Rankings to Capital Allocation” organizes the transition. Pre-acquisition technical due diligence, Arrival Rate and Arrival Yield auditing, under-the-hood performance engineering, and Technical Alpha become parts of one operating thesis rather than disconnected services.

The visual system: Oversized typography, disciplined whitespace, direct language, and controlled project panels give complex research room to breathe while maintaining executive-level clarity. The interface behaves less like a résumé and more like an operating memorandum.

The conversion path: The experience begins with a direct emergency promise, then establishes the risk of water traveling behind walls, flooring, ceilings, and cabinets. It moves into extraction, moisture detection, structural drying, insurance-loss documentation, common questions, and repeated call access.

Operating principle: Never waste urgent opportunity. In an emergency market, every unnecessary second, vague headline, hidden phone number, or delayed page state gives damage more time to spread and gives the customer another reason to call someone else.

The assignment: Give a small studio the presence of a serious artistic practice without stripping away the intimacy that makes commissioned work valuable. The interface uses generous scale, restrained typography, and immersive imagery to let the glass—and the light passing through it—lead the story.

The conversion path: Visitors move from the core promise, “Light, Made Personal,” into private commissions, categories of work, Lowcountry inspiration, the four-stage commission process, and a direct inquiry. The site explains enough to build confidence while preserving the sense that every piece begins with a personal conversation.

Operating principle: Never waste the opportunity contained in original work. The website protects the artist’s attention, the visitor’s curiosity, and the value of a commission by making the next step clear without making the experience feel transactional.

A substantially upgraded local-service platform that turns golf-cart repair demand into a direct mobile-service path—and turns a complex battery decision into something owners can calculate for themselves.

The assignment: Upgrade an established local repair site so a stranded or concerned golf-cart owner can recognize the service area, understand the mobile-service advantage, and reach help without hunting through the page. The new experience opens with clear local positioning and keeps the phone path visible while providing enough technical depth to establish confidence.

The calculator: The lithium cost-comparison tool lets owners change how long they plan to keep the cart, installed battery costs, and expected service life. It then compares projected battery sets, total cost, annualized cost, and the potential difference over the ownership period. The calculator turns an abstract upgrade claim into a personal decision model while clearly identifying the result as an illustrative estimate.

The conversion architecture: Immediate mobile-repair relevance leads into battery and electrical problems, coastal operating conditions, lithium-upgrade education, proof of convenience, and direct call or text action. Visitors who are not ready to call can still engage with a useful calculation that moves them closer to an informed service conversation.
